"The Secret Life of the American Teenager" Spills Even More As the Second Season Comes to DVD!

ABC Family's hit drama "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" has been winning over critics and fans as the new "must see" drama for families to watch together. The series is not afraid to explore what is really happening in High Schools today and is a great dialogue starter between parents and teens who might be having trouble communicating.

The series centers around a High School student named Amy who is shocked to learn that she is pregnant. During the second season, she is getting closer to her due date and the pending birth changes her relationships with just about everybody in her life. Who stands by her and who makes things worse? You'll have to pick up this second season set to find out!

The Season Two set features three discs that include all 12 episodes of the second season. A Disney Double Feature Brings Two Favorite Movies to One Great Disc!

This is one of Disney's best ideas since they decided to open theme parks! Why not take two of Disney Channel's fan's favorite TV movies and put them on one disc? "Hatching Pete" stars "Hannah Montana's" Mitchel Musso and "Cory in the House's" Jason Dolley. Mitchel plays a popular high school student named "Cleatis." Only, Cleatis doesn't like being the mascot and is actually allergic to the suit, so he convinces his childhood friend Pete to takeover for him. Pete is shy by nature, but when he puts on the chicken suit, he's able to be funny, outgoing and manages to turn the chicken into a superstar. There's just one problem? everyone thinks that Cleatis is the one in the suit. Pete gets none of the credit.

Can Pete ever reveal the secret and get the accolades he so deserves? Does he want to be the center of attention? This is a great story about finding something that you are good at and making your dreams come true. You'll also see "Sonny With a Chance" star Tiffany Thornton as Cleatis' girlfriend.

As a bonus, there is a Backstage Disney look at "Hatching Pete" called "Unmasking the Mascot." This behind-the-scenes look features Jason and Mitchel as they show you what it was really like, putting on the suit and hitting the streets!

"Dadnapped" is full of Disney stars including "Hannah Montana's" Emily Osment, Jason Earles and Moises Arias. You'll also see "Wizards of Waverly Place" star David Henrie, and "Suite Life's" Phil Lewis. In this made-for-TV movie, Emily plays "Melissa Morris." Melissa's Dad is a mystery writer who is less interested in bonding with his daughter, and more interested in the fictional adventures of the characters he creates.

Who Says You Can't go Home Again? The Second Season of "October Road" Journeys to DVD!

In the first season of "October Road," viewers were introduced to Nick Garrett, a man who had left his small hometown ten years earlier. During his absence, the writer penned a somewhat fictionalized book based on his friends and the love of his life. Much to everyone's surprise, the book became a bestseller. This feat was not appreciated by Nick's former friends and fellow citizen's of Knight's Ridge, MA, as it painted them in a not-so-pretty light.

It's no surprise that when Nick returned home, it was a not-so-happy reunion. Over the course of the first season, some friends found forgiveness while others still carried a grudge. The second season dives further into the complicated relationships of Nick and his friends and Hannah, the love of his life. All thirteen episodes arrive on DVD on May 5.

The collection also features a wrap up filmed exclusively for the DVD that solves many of the shows plaguing questions like who is the real father of Hannah's son Sam? Once Upon a Time, A Great Movie Came to DVD and Blu-Ray! "Bedtime Stories" Arrives in Stores For Your Home Entertainment Enjoyment!

Hopefully, every kid has that one relative that could spout out a bedtime story that was so entertaining that you lay awake for hours after they were done wondering what happened to the characters next. Well, when Bobbi (Laura Ann Kesling) and Patrick's (Jonathan Morgan Heit) Mom has to leave town for a week, they have to stay with their uncle Skeeter (the hilarious, Adam Sandler).

Skeeter plans to help the kids settle down for bed by telling them tall-tale adventure stories set in far away times and places like the Wild West and ancient Greece. Only things don't go according to plan and Skeeter is shocked when the tall-tales start actually happening.

Who is Samantha on Samantha Who? She Wishes She Knew!

Christina Applegate who made a lasting impression on television viewers as the wild, dim-witted teenager ï¿½Kelly Bundyï¿½ on ï¿½Married With Childrenï¿½ has returned home to television and makes this character believable and fun to watch. CHUCK: The Complete First Season

Looks can be deceiving, so if you run into Chuck Bartowski while shopping for appliances at your local Buy More (think Best Buy), don't automatically assume he's just your average, computer geek, punching a time clock for the discount and then heading home to his parent's house to play video games (technically, he lives with his sister). No, thanks to his former college roommate who just happens to work undercover for the CIA, Chuck now solely possesses important government information, which is lodged in his brain. Against his better judgment he must go on top secret missions with his beautiful protector Sarah, and the somewhat harsh agent John Casey, all the while maintaining his normal existence so no one uncovers his secret.

The show is well-casted starring Zachary Levi as Chuck, Yvonne Strahovski as Sarah and Adam Baldwin as Casey. Though the premise is a stretch, the show manages to make it extremely believable with great plots and heart-warming moments between characters.

"Stop-Loss" Hits Close to Home

Twenty-somethings across the nation probably never dreamed that one of the most reflective movies of their life would be a war movie, but "Stop-loss" is just that. Unfortunately, the film is a close-to-home depiction of the sacrifices soldiers have to make to fight for our freedom and the consequences of disrupting families and lives when they are deployed.

With his tour of duty in Iraq finally over, Sgt. Brandon King (Ryan Phillippe) is eager to return to the life that was waiting for him in Texas. Problems arise when the Army plans to deploy Brandon again involuntarily. He is adamant about not going back but the situation causes tension between his family, friends and fellow soldiers. Questions about honor, integrity, loyalty to your country and basic rights are raised with no easy answers to find.

A stellar cast makes this an unforgettable story as does the direction of Kimberly Peirce (Boys Don't Cry). "Gone Baby Gone" Comes to DVD on February 12!

"Gone Baby Gone" is a gripping, action drama starring Casey Affleck and Michelle Monaghan as two private detectives who are hired to search for a missing girl who was abducted from a Boston neighborhood. Though they have little experience with cases of this magnitude, they do have a "home-court" advantage of knowing the Boston area incredibly well. The story is full of suspense and includes a twist that throws the detectives into moral dilemmas.

Based on a novel by Dennis Lehane, the film was directed by Ben Affleck who also co-wrote the screenplay. The stellar cast includes Morgan Freeman, Ed Harris and Amy Ryan.

A Special Collector's Edition of "BraveHeart" is Now Available!

Starring: Mel Gibson, Sophie Marceau, Patrick McGoohan, Catherine McCormack, Brian Cox, and Brendan Gleeson

Twelve years after making its mark on the world of cinema (winning the Academy Award for Best Picture and giving Mel Gibson a Best Director Award as well), "BraveHeart" has returned to DVD in the "Special Collectors Edition." The tale of a Scottish citizen who leads an uprising against corrupt, English government is based on historical facts and brought to life beautifully by Gibson and his fellow filmmakers.

Though some critics have chastised the film for historical inaccuracies, it still more than makes for a gripping story about the underdog fighting for what is right. The battle scenes are graphic so use caution while watching but try not to miss a second of the beautiful landscape shots.
