The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2
[SPOILERS!] Do not read beyond this point if you have not seen the first film, read the book or do not want to know what is coming up in Part 2!! OK. Now that we've got that out of the way. Here's where we left off. Bella and Edward had their dream wedding and almost had the perfect honeymoon. When a surprise pregnancy cut the getaway short, the couple returned to Forks so that Carlisle could watch over Bella as she stubbornly decided that she would have this baby, demon or not, pending death or not. Meanwhile Jacob got word that Bella was "feeling ill" and assumed that meant she had gone through with her plan to become a Cullen in every way. Finding Bella in her advanced pregnant state was too much to handle and he went wolfy, running through the forest while his pack listened in on his thoughts. With the knowledge that Bella was bringing a possible threat into this world, Sam decided she needed to be eliminated. Jacob broke away from the pack taking on the role of an Alpha which he had been born for anyway. Seth and Leah joined him, to his dismay, and the trio helped keep the Cullens safe as long as they could. In the gripping final moments Bella had the baby, Renesme, Sam's pack attacked the Cullens, Leah and Seth, Jacob imprinted on Renesme and Bella died and came back to life as the vampire she'd wanted to be since meeting her soul mate.
As far as we know from the books, in Part 2, the threat is no longer the pack, as Jacob's imprinting means no harm can come to the Cullens at the hands of a wolf. However, a pissed off Irina (she feels the wolves wrongly killed her love, Laurent) blabs to the Volturi that Bella and Edward breeded which is a big no-no in the vampire word. What Irina and the Volturi don't know is, the rules were not broken. Renesme is almost entirely human. The Volturi set out to exact their punishment on the Cullens, but Carlisle and company have many vampire clan friends, who gather in Forks to stand together and help save Bella, Edward and Renesme from their fate. Meanwhile Charlie and Sue Clearwater get closer and Charlie becomes impatient about Bella's absence. He finds out more than he bargained for but being Charlie, takes it in better than most fathers would. In the final showdown we get to see what Bella's superpower is (we'll keep that a secret so not everything is spoiled for you) and we meet the full Volturi vampire counsel. Whether or not the Cullens live happily ever after will be up to you to see when the film opens in November.

Movie Synopsis
Bella and Edward share their vows and promise to love each other forever, which in their world truly means, forever. After a small setback in the form of a very distraught Jacob, they head out to celebrate their marriage on Isle Esme somewhere in the South Pacific. There, Edward destroys pillows and beds in his attempt to not destroy Bella in her still fragile human state. Their world is turned upside down when the result of their honeymoon bliss is Bella's sudden pregnancy. As they head back to Forks, the question becomes who will kill Bella first. The half human/half vampire child she is carrying, the wolves who have vowed to save humanity against such things, or the Volturi who have been waiting on an excuse to eliminate the Cullens.

The Book
The finale of Stephanie Meyer's hugely popular and highly successful Twilight series takes on a new angle as the author tells the story from two minds. Readers are treated to the final story of Bella and Edward's love affair from both the eyes of Bella herself, and from the heartbroken eyes of Jacob Black.
Bella and Edward have their wedding and head off to honeymoon on an exotic island. Their wedded bliss soon turns into deathly nightmares as Bella's pregnancy becomes a serious threat to not only her world, but the world around them.
Edward has vowed to keep Bella safe at all costs, which means his absolute displeasure with the "thing" that is growing inside his wife's stomach. Half-human, half-vampire, the child is growing at an alarming rate and killing Bella in the process. All he wants to do is get it out of her. Bella enlists an unlikely ally - Rosalie - in order to make ensure her child's safety.
Meanwhile word gets out to the wolves that Bella is with child, and they must decide where their allegiences lie. As a pack they have vowed to save humans, including Bella, from this kind of thing. This puts Jacob in the middle of a battle he never saw coming. Will he save Bella or stay with the pack and fight the love of his life, even if it means killing her?
And if that were not enough drama and intensity the Volturi are alerted of Bella's state, and they have their own set of laws against vampire/human pregnancies.
With all this action and suspense, it is no wonder the book is over 700 pages long! Fans of the Bella and Edward love story will be intrigued by the final story in this out of the ordinary relationship.
