Four-Day Ticket Packages Selling Ahead of 2006; CMA Music Festival On Track to Break Attendance Records Again in 2007

Josh Turner Added to Friday Concert Line Up at LP Field

The Nightly Concerts at LP Field during 2007 CMA Music Festival, Thursday through Sunday, June 7-10, in Downtown Nashville spotlight a music fan's dream lineup each evening. And you don't have to miss a beat!

Beginning Monday, April 30, at 10:00 AM, a limited number of tickets to the individual Nightly Concerts will go on sale for $40 for reserved seats and $30 for general admission in the upper deck of LP Field (plus applicable handling fees) by visiting www.ticketmaster.com to buy online; or charge-by-phone at (615) 255-9600 or 1-800-CMA-FEST (262-3378).

The Nightly Concerts are also included in the Festival's four-day ticket packages, which are selling well ahead of 2006 and can be purchased through the same means. At the current pace, 2007 CMA Music Festival is on track to break all previous attendance records. In 2006, more than 161,000 fans from every state and 27 foreign countries attended the four-day event.

"The single night concert ticket option has proven to be very popular and this year we have set aside seats in sections of LP Field that will be closer to the stage to make the experience of attending the Festival even better for local residents," said Tammy Genovese, CMA Chief Operating Officer. "This is a great ticket option for music lovers who cannot spend all four days at CMA Music Festival but want to experience a night of fantastic musical performances."

Artists scheduled to appear at LP Field include (alphabetical order):

Thursday, June 7 - Trace Adkins, Dierks Bentley, Brooks & Dunn, Alan Jackson, Reba McEntire, and The Wreckers.

Friday, June 8 - Jason Aldean, Little Big Town, Josh Turner, Sugarland, and Carrie Underwood, with more artists to be announced.

Saturday, June 9 - Vince Gill, Martina McBride, Jo Dee Messina, and LeAnn Rimes, with more artists to be announced.

Sunday, June 10 - Rodney Atkins, Big & Rich, Billy Currington, Miranda Lambert, Brad Paisley, Kellie Pickler, Taylor Swift and Gretchen Wilson.

Additional artists will be announced soon and surprise guests have become a hallmark of the Festival, enriching an already star-packed lineup.

A limited amount of on-site, pay parking ($10 per vehicle) will be available nightly at LP Field in Lots E & F, just across the Woodland Street Bridge. This parking lot is not available for pre-purchase. It is available for purchase on-site on a first-come, first-serve basis after 5:00 PM on Thursday and Friday (June 7-8) and all day Saturday and Sunday (June 9-10). Ample paid surface lots and parking garages are also available in Downtown Nashville, conveniently accessible to LP Field via the Shelby Street Pedestrian Bridge.

All of the artists participating in CMA Music Festival donate their time. They are not compensated for performing. In appreciation of their continued support, CMA launched "Keep the Music Playing," a program which donates half the net proceeds from the event to the Nashville Alliance for Public Education, to support music education in Metro Nashville's 134 public schools. In March, CMA donated $368,000 from the 2006 CMA Music Festival for music education brining to date a total of $1.1 million that CMA has donated to charity on behalf of the artists who participate in the Festival.
