"Day's Of Our Lives'" Darin Brooks:

What are you most thankful for?

1) I am really thankful for the job I have. And getting to do what I love to do as a JOB is just great! Also the people I've met along the way and the people who work behind the scenes are just hardworking, good-hearted, and wonderful people. And then there's the fans, who I've never owed more to! Letting me be apart of their Sunday Tivo watching experience or entertaining them everyday of the week, is just awesome! Thank you!

2) How will you celebrate Thanksgiving this year?

I will be in Connecticut with some friends and family for the Turkey consumption! A day or two at the Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods doesn't hurt anything either!

3) What is the best Holiday gift that you ever gave someone?

The best gift I gave someone, I felt, would have to probably be...

4)What is the best Holiday gift that you have received?

The underwear and Airborne my mom puts in my stocking for Christmas EVERY YEAR!!! Mom, come on! I'm a big boy now!

5) Describe your favorite Holiday memory.

My favorite Holiday memory would have to be getting into an argument with my parents the night before Christmas, and mom warned me "Santa's not gonna bring you ANY presents tomorrow then!" And I woke up to an actual "LUMP OF COAL" tin sitting on the ground in my doorway! It actually had coal in it! ...Yeah, I have funny parents.

6) What are your favorite Holiday songs?

I'm a HUGE Sinatra and Dean Martin and Louie Armstrong fan... I've always wanted to sit in an apartment looking down on Central Park in NYC when it's snowing, the night before Christmas, with the Christmas lights blinking next to a big open window, and just listening to their songs and having a bottle of wine with a girlfriend or something like that. I think that'd be pretty cool and romantic...I mean...Rugged and Manly!

7) How will you spend the Holidays this year?

Thanksgiving I'll be in Connecticut with some friends and family, freezing my butt off! And for Christmas I'll probably be in Hawaii with family, surfing early morning with my pops and bro before opening my underwear and Airborne.

8) Do you have a holiday message for your fans?

Thank you to all you fans! And I'm sure all of you will be recieving a lot of underwear and Airborne from your mothers now after this is printed. Happy Holidays! haha

Preston Brust and Chris Lucas From LoCash Cowboys

1) What are you most thankful for?

CL: My wonderful family!!!

PB: I'm most thankful for each day that God gives me to make a difference in this world and for my family, friends, and good health.

2) How will you celebrate Thanksgiving this year?

PB: With the boys on the bus.....we won't be home for Thanksgiving....we'll be on the road touring..so I guess I'm gonna have to have the bus pull over and hunt a turkey so the boys can eat!

CL: On the road as always

3) What is the best Holiday gift that you ever gave someone?

CL: I love giving gifts, Probably, long story, When my Grandfather passed away, he used to give my grandmother a bottle of "Red" perfume, and the christmas, the year he passed away, I kept that tradition going and did the same for my grandmother. To see her smile, and tears of Joy and memories of my grandfather light up the room with her eyes, was priceless.

PB: When Locash finally made a little money....I got my dad the 4 wheeler he always talked and dreamed about but could never afford! I'll never forget hiding around the corner on it & when my dad came outside I came flying on 2 wheels towards him! I'll never do that again.....I almost wrecked it before I ever even gave it to him!!!! hahaha

4) What is the best Holiday gift that you have received?

PB: My very 1st puppy.....I came downstairs and there he was....wagging his tail! It was unforgettable!

CL: Well this is a hard one. I was always blessed with a giving family, I got alot of stuff..lol. Probably to much! So I would say just being home for the holidays, 1,2,3 days.. however many days it is, is the best gift I could ask for. And of course the Baltimore Colts football jersey and Field goal I got when I was 9! lol

5)Describe your favorite Holiday memory.

CL: That would be every year My family and I play board games like Catch Phrase, or Cranium... I remember those nights of laughter through out the year!!!

PB: When I found Santa Claus' Footprints all over our living room carpet. The cookies were gone, the milk was drank, rudolph's celery was half-eaten, and there were Santa Claus footprints all over the place! When he came down our chimney he must've landed in a bunch of ashes...because when he walked around our living room he left footprints! Thats when I knew he was real!

6) What are your favorite Holiday songs?

PB: The Elvis Presley Christmas Album.......my mama always pulls out an old record player and plays the entire album while we open presents!!!

CL: Let it Snow.. By Boys2men and Brian McKnight... and of course anything Sinatra!!!

7) How will you spend the Holidays this year?

CL: Hope for 3 days with all of my family!!! Can't Wait

PB: I'll be in 5 different states between Dec 23-Dec 26! I just keep telling myself Santa will know where I'm at.....but I'm hard to keep up with this year!

8)Do you have a holiday message for your fans?

PB: "Merry Christmas" & "Enjoy every minute you get with the ones you hold dear to your heart! Times flies.....so LIVE IT UP!"

CL: My message to them would be... Thank you all so much for believing in Preston and I and spending your hard earned money and time celebrating and being a part of our success. I feel like we have friends, rather then fans. I wish the best this holiday season to all of you and a blessed New Year!

Sarah Groves:

Thanksgiving Questions:

Q: What's your favorite Thanksgiving dish?

A: Grammie's Yams (the yams you eat, not her legs, although my Grammie does have great legs)

Q: Do you have any special plans for Thanksgiving?

A: Not unless eating and napping are special. Just kidding. I will be with the Groves family this year here in Minnesota! It might even be a white Thanksgiving since we are supposed to have snow soon.

Q: What are you most thankful for this year?

A: Oh, so much, but my family tops the list. Kirby, Toby, Ruby Cate, and of course my hubby Troy!

Q: Tell us your favorite Thanksgiving memory?

A: I remember the first Thanksgiving I was away from home. I was in college and was on a trip to San Antonio over Thanksgiving break. I happened to call home just as everyone was standing around the table getting ready to pray and sing the Doxology, a tradition for us. My mom just kept me on the phone while they sang, "Praise God from whom all blessings flow..." I was a wreck, cried all the way through my Thanksgiving chimichanga.

Christmas Questions:

Q: What is your favorite Christmas memory?

A: One year when my dad was in youth ministry, he got to be Santa, and came in on a helicopter to greet the kids in our town. I remember knowing it was my dad and having to be quiet about it so as not to ruin the gig for the other kids, but I was so proud.

Q: What is your favorite Christmas family tradition?

A: My family has always picked names for a Stocking Person. All year long on trips and vacations you buy little things for your person, remembering them, and praying for them. On Christmas morning we reveal who we have had all year and give them all the gifts we have collected in their stocking. It is a lot of fun, and is definitely everyone's favorite tradition.

Q: What's the gift you'd most like to see under the tree with your name on it?

A: This year's request is for a bike rack for my car... and knives, we are in serious need of some good knives. A person can get injured trying to cut a tomato at our house.

Q: Tell us about that one gift you wanted most badly as a child? Did you ever get it?

A: I remember in Jr High I wanted a certain brand of jeans that were grossly overpriced. I did not expect to get them, but on Christmas morning, they were under the tree. I think that was the first time I realized that there was a giver behind each gift. At the time I would give my mom a hard time for not wearing more trendy clothes... I realized that Christmas that my mom and dad went without a lot so that I could have the stuff I felt I 'needed'. I remember feeling deeply grateful and getting some perspective on my folks.

1. I am most thankful for the enduring spirit that the "Creator" has given me!

2. I will celebrate Thanksgiving with my mother & father this year. My father suffered from a severe stroke and by the grace of God, he is still with us! For that I am thankful.

5. When I was a young girl, my brother came home from the Army. We did not know that he was coming home for Christmas. He quietly came into my bedroom and woke me up to surprise me and I thought I was dreaming. I was so happy to see him!

6. "Joy To The World,", "O Holy Nigh," "Silent Night"

7. I will spend my Holiday at home in Arizona with my immediate family!

1. I am most thankful for my life...that I get to wake up everyday and breathe; see the sun shine and I have the opportunity to make something of myself.

2. For Thanksgiving this year, I will be with friends in Superior, WI.

3. The best holiday gift I have ever given someone, I think, was a shoulder to cry on. Several years ago, I had a friend who was in need during the Christmas Holiday and I just tried to give the give of friendship by being there.

4. The best gift I have ever received was the give of life! On Christmas Day, I was in a terrible car accident with a friend. We were blind-sided by a drunk driver.

5. My favorite memory is putting up the Christmas tree, listening to music and visiting with family and friends.

6. My favorite holiday songs are "Jingle Bell Rock," and "Tennessee Christmas" by Steve Wariner

7. This year for the holidays, I will be at home in Nashville with friends and family.

8. Life is short. This year, my hope, is for friends, family and fans to be afforded the opportunity to spend some quiet time to reflect on their lives and all of the good things in life to enable us all to have a positive outlook...and to remember that our relationships and friendships are the most important gifts life has to offer.

5) Describe your favorite Holiday memory.

1) What are you most thankful for?

I am most thankful for my family and the love that I share with all of them. I am also thankful for the freedom of our country and that we can practice any belief we desire.

3) What is the best Holiday gift that you ever gave someone?

The best Holiday gift I have ever given was probably at my Christmas party when I was 10. We played a game where everyone goes in a circle and chooses a gift. Caroline picked my gift and it was perfume!! It was so funny to see her reaction because I was so proud of it because I paid for it with my own money.

It wasn't really one gift but the whole Christmas experience.

5) Describe your favorite Holiday memory.

Every year my family's old babysitter, Meredith, spends the night at my house and this one year she got stuck in New York and we all got really upset because she wasn't able to spend the night. The perk of this story is that when we woke up in the morning, she was almost to our house!!

My music is the gift that keeps on giving.

4) What is the best Holiday gift that you have received?

My fans tell me how a particular song reminds them of someone special, or a memory at the holidays. That means more than anything in wrapping paper and ribbon.

1) What are you most thankful for?

I'm thankful I live in a free Country- one that men and women alike have sacrificed so much for to grant us these freedoms.

2) How will you celebrate Thanksgiving this year?

I'm having the band, crew & their families over to deep fry some Turkey, watch some football, and enjoy the time with each other off the road.

3) What is the best Holiday gift that you ever gave someone? I did a shadowbox frame for my dad one time that had pictures of us in it with a quote that said "He didn't tell me how to live my life, he lived and let me watch."

4) What is the best Holiday gift that you have received?

Wow, That's a hard one. I'm a big boot guy and Larry the Cable Guy (whom I used to road manage) & his wife Cara gave me a really unbelieveable pair of boots a few years back that I still wear on stage every night.

As a kid, I loved waking up to the sound of a fire burning downstairs and just having everyone at my parents house.

Amber Rhodes

Jamber Records

1) I'm most thankful for my family and the fact that they are all AMAZING cooks.

2) I will eat mass quantities of food with my mom's side of the family in Kentucky and then rinse and repeat with my dad's. My elastic waistband pants are already packed.

3) I've surprised both of my parents by driving in for Mother & Father's Day. I was living in NY at the time and it's about a 12 hour drive. They had no idea I was coming. It was awesome.

4) That's a tough one. I'm tremendously spoiled at Christmas in every way. Up until last year I still had all four of my grandparents so I guess...the BEST gift is everyone just being together. It only happens at Thanksgiving and Christmas so I always look forward to it. That, and the food... and the presents...and the music...(need I go on?)

5) As I've gotten older the meaning and purpose of the Holidays have changed, but when I was a kid, it was all about SANTA!! My dad would actually track snow in the house and leave bite marks in the cookies so that I knew he was there. My mom would write out letters on "North Pole" stationary and it would always reaffirm that I had been good that year. (Sometimes I'll admit, that was a concern.) Come to think of it, he hasn't visited me lately. I should send him a text.

6) I can say this now that they've made a big comeback but...The New Kids on The Block Christmas Album was truly a masterpiece. HA! My mom and I always put up the tree while listening to Gene Autry's Christmas record. No one does Rudolph like Gene. That one's my favorite.

7) Hopefully not in a food coma and surrounded by the people I love.

8) Well, seeing as how Thanksgiving is coming up first...I would like to extend a message of appreciation to all the people who have supported me. That's a gift I receive everyday and I can't thank you enough. As far as a Christmas message...when in doubt, buy a gift card and some really yummy chocolate. (The chocolate is for you. My treat.)

1) What are you most thankful for?

Right now I'm most thankful to have been blessed with the opportunity to do something I truly love. I'm also very thankful for my incredibly supportive and loving family and friends.

2) How will you celebrate Thanksgiving this year?

I will be celebrating Thanksgiving with my family in CA. I have a pretty big family and it's always great to see everyone. Sometimes this is the only day of the year I get to see a lot of them so I usually try to make it home for Thanksgiving.

3) What is the best Holiday gift that you ever gave someone?

Photographs can be very emotional gifts. I've given my mother some great pictures as gifts and she has told me that they have been some of her favorites.

4) What is the best Holiday gift that you have received?

My birthday is pretty close to Christmas so when I turned 17, I got kind of a combo gift, my first car. It was a fixed up pick-up truck. It was awesome! My days of walking and bumming rides from friends was over!!

5) Describe your favorite Holiday memory.

Being a proud parent, I would have to say that my son's first Christmas was very memorable. He was ten and half months old, already walking around and seemed to be quite aware of the lights and decorations. Nothing compares to the looks on a young child's face during the holidays.

6) What are your favorite Holiday songs?

I've always loved the holiday time of year and all the classic holiday songs. No particular favorites, just all the standards.

7) How will you spend the Holidays this year?

I will be hanging with family. Probably watching some football and eating more than I should be. A little singalong usually follows the gift exchange!

8) Do you have a Holiday message for your fans?

Enjoy the time with family and friends. Always try to give more than you receive. If you are giving more than you are receiving, you're doing it right!

Wind Up Nashville Recording Artist, Eric Durrance

1) I'm most thankful for my family and friends--without them the world would be a cold, cold place.

2) My plans, this year, are to spend Thanksgiving at my mom and stepdad's new house. It took 30 years for them to save up enough to get this house. We are all excited to spend the holidays there together on the farm. I can hardly wait!

3) I think the best gift that I've given to someone was when I gave my step dad a brand new Taylor guitar that I had bought when I first got my record deal. He taught me so much about music and it meant alot to me to give him that guitar. I would have never made it without him.

4) My grandmother had a heart attack just before Christmas one year. It's never a good time to lose a loved one, but its even worse at Christmas! Thank god she pulled through. That's the best present anyone could receive.

5) I was 8 years old and didn't get anything under the tree...my mom and the family just acted like it was over and started throwing the wrapping paper away. I just sat there trying not to let them see how disappointed I was or what I was thinking (Hey..I'm 8 years old here... where is my presents?) Then in the back of our house where the music room was located, I heard someone beating the crap out of some drums. I ran to the back and, to my surprise, there was a silver (Ludwig) 5-piece drum set with a big red bow and a poster that read "Merry Christmas Eric!" THAT was the best and I never looked back from that day on. I knew what I would do for the rest of my life--play music!

6) "I'll Be Home for Christmas" and "Merry Little Christmas."

7) Spending time with friends and family; writing a few songs; reflecting on life. ...sleep!

8) Remember..the holidays only come around once a year. So take this time to "Turn It Off" and spend time with the ones you love. Each year is a gift, so cherish it with your family along with a hot cup of cocoa, and a warm blanket, and some good conversation with those you love.

MERRY CHRISTMAS from my family and friends to yours!

GOD BLESS & Happy New Year!!

Chloe Agnew form Celtic Woman

1) What are you most thankful for?

Without a doubt I am most thankful for the wonderful family and friends I've been lucky to have in my life. There have been moments over the last few years on tour when it all got a bit too much for me and I was so blessed to have incredible support from my mum, little sister and all my buddies!!

2) How will you celebrate Thanksgiving this year?

Well I would celebrate if I were in America but as I'm home in Dublin at the moment it unfortunately isn't recognised as a holiday here so we'll have to save all our celebrating for Christmas day!!! :-)

3) What is the best Holiday gift that you ever gave someone? One Christmas some time ago I saved some of my Christmas money and bought a box of toys and sent them to a Children's orphanage in Africa.A few weeks later I got a card and a photo from some of the children thanking me for the gifts.I cried when I read the card as it was such an amazing feeling to know that such a small gesture meant so much to someone else.

4) What is the best Holiday gift that you have received?

When I was little all I wanted to be was a "Spice Girl" and one Christmas in Ireland they had just launched the Spice Girl barbie dolls but there were none to be gotten anywhere..they were all sold out. But low and behold Christmas day came and Santa had miraculously got all five dolls for me! I treasured them so much and still have them in their boxes to this day!

5) Describe your favorite Holiday memory.

The Christmas holidays are a big deal in our house so we go all out come Christmas time.My favourite memories of Christmas growing up are cooking the Christmas dinner and making the puddings with my Dad,decorating the house,Christmas music playing everywhere you go,and cuddling up on the couch watching classic movies on Christmas night!

6) What are your favorite Holiday songs?

It ' s so hard to pick just one as I really think Christmas songs are some of the best music ever made. But if I had to pick,my all-time favourite Christmas album (apart from Celtic Woman's Christmas Celebration of course!!! lol!) is The Carpenters:Christmas Collection. It ' s synonymous with my childhood. You always know its Christmas time in our house when that album is playing!!

7) How will you spend the Holidays this year?

The last year has been so incredibly busy that I can ' t wait for the holidays this year as I'll be home with my family and friends in Dublin.Hopefully taking some time out and spending some much needed quality time with them.

8) Do you have a holiday message for your fans?

I hope all our fans have a very happy holiday and get to relax and enjoy their time with loved ones. We're really looking forward to seeing you all in the new year throughout our 2009 tour.

Lynn Hilary from Celtic Women

1) What are you most thankful for?

It's unbelievable how much we take for granted in this day an age where everything is so easily accessible. The novelty wears off things so fast sometimes! I try to remind myself (and others if they will listen) how lucky we are and how thankful we should be for even the smallest things. Right now I'm thankful for the fire lighting keeping me warm, and for the food in my tummy! Some people dont even have that...

2) How will you celebrate Thanksgiving this year?

Well in Ireland we are not lucky enough to have thanksgiving, it's a shame because I think it's such a lovely idea. But we usually have our big feast on Christmas day (but nothing in my feast can have a mother or a face..) and we go around the table and say what we are thankful and hopeful for. I suppose it's a chance for people to come out and say what they wouldn't usually say.. like " I'm really happy to know you all, I love you guys!" or something soppy like that

3) What is the best Holiday gift that you ever gave someone?

I gave my boyfriend a "PocketPod" for his guitar, I was in Japan on tour and I thought I would get it much cheaper over there cos of how technologically advanced they are, well when I got back i found it was on sale for much cheaper over here! He really loved it though (ok he had asked for it, but still)

4) What is the best Holiday gift that you have received?

I remember when I first became a fan of Michael Jackson, I thought he was so amazing (still do!). My parents bought me a collection of his older albums, my whole Christmas that year was all about listening to those albums. I still really love them! Thriller.. Off the Wall...etc.

5) Describe your favorite Holiday memory.

Being a kid at Christmas time! Being so excited about Santa that it was hard to sleep, then waking up to a pile of presents on the end of the bed! Oh I wish he'd still come to me even though I'm a grown up! It's just not fair

6) What are your favorite Holiday songs?

Have to say I get tired of hearing the same Christmas songs over and over and over. We had a tape of childrens Christmas songs we used to listen to when I was younger and they were really brilliant. There was one about the fairy on top of the Christmas tree who no one paid any attention to. I felt so sorry for her, so I tried to make a big deal out of the fairy on top of our tree so she wouldn't feel left out!

7) How will you spend the Holidays this year?

Hopefully healthily and happily and with loved ones!

8) Do you have a holiday message for your fans?

I know it's been said before but if can never be said enough - A dog is for life, not just for Christmas. Dont get a puppy unless you're willing to look after it and give it a good life when it grows up and it's not a cute puppy anymore, or Santa just wont come to you!!

From Christmas Way Past.... My brother Bob and me with Santa! He's going to kill me when he sees this! (Bob... Not Santa!)

EnterTeenmentNews.com's Editor, Susan J. Yeager

1) What are you most thankful for?

I am most thankful for my family, friends and my Faith. Those are the three things that make my life so full!

2) How will you celebrate Thanksgiving this year?

I have a VERY LARGE family! My immediate family has 22 people in it! My siblings and my sister-in-law will all cook these elaborate dishes and I will make green beans (from a can) and peel potatoes. That's about the extent of my involvement in the kitchen. Then with all that food I will fill up on Turkey and Mashed Potatoes two of my favorite things. Oh and my cousin's macaroni and cheese!

3) What is the best Holiday gift that you ever gave someone?

Hmmm I think it was probably a portable DVD player to one of my best friends who is on dialysis. She once mentioned that she wished she could watch the Food Network at dialysis but they didn't get the channel there. So I recorded the Food Network for days and then sent everything to her so she could watch it whenever she wanted.

4) What is the best Holiday gift that you have received?

I'm an audio/video geek, so I usually get some type of camera or video equipment that I have been wanting! I'm all about preserving memories too! If I don't have pictures of it it's like it never happened. Sometimes at Christmas, the nieces and nephews give me pictures and I love those too!

5) Describe your favorite Holiday memory.

Christmas Central is usually at my parents house and it has been a long standing tradition to wait until everyone could be together to decorate the tree. We have a farm where we grow Christmas trees, so the tree always comes from there. Sometimes the tree doesn't get decorated until Christmas Eve because that is the first time we could all get together. We sing Christmas Carols (mostly the Alabama Christmas Album) and hang ornaments that we made when we were young. My sister vows to throw them out every year! You would think that now that we all live within 15 miles of each other, we could get the tree decorated earlier but it will probably be the 24th again this year! I also love Christmas Eve Mass, especially when the Children's Choir performs. It brings such peace and is perfect for slowing things down to remember the joy and excitement of the season.

6)What are your favorite Holiday songs?

My favorite Christmas carols are Do You Hear What I Hear and O Holy Night! I am so excited that Jim Brickman participated in this poll because I LOVE his Holiday music. The Gift is one of my favorite songs and his CD's bring such peace during this hectic time of year!

7)How will you spend the Holidays this year?

Mostly with my family including my 3 nieces and 8 nephews. They are the light of my world. I love experiencing the holidays through their eyes!

8)Do you have a holiday message for EnterTeenmentNews.com's visitors?

I hope everyone has a Happy Hanukkah, a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year! Enjoy every moment with your loved ones and count all of your blessings!

Timmy's got a whole year to convince Santa to return to the North Pole and start making toys again, but before he knows it Wishmas is poised to replace Christmas forever!
