2019's "Disney: The Lion King" Roars Onto Digital & Home Entertainment Formats!
It was the re-make roar heard round-the-world! This year's "The Lion King" delighted audiences with the re-imagined telling of the beloved animated classic. With its timeless "Circle of Life" story and featuing of the voices of incredible talents like Beyonce, James Earl Jones, Seth Rogan and Alfie Woodard, it would have been hard for this re-telling not to be a certified hit.
Directed by Jon Favreau, the movie has been described as "not-quite animation, not-quite live-action." The new technology combined both formats to make a truly-unique movie watching experience. Though the way the story is told is ground-breaking, the storyline doesn't stray far from the original, giving the audience all the feels the initial production produced (Read that as... you will laugh, you will cry).
