Katy Perry hosted this year's Teen Choice Awards on Monday, August 9. The 12th annual ceremony was shown on FOX. Below, we give you a full recap of the show with a complete list of winners!

Today's Most Popular Entertainers Receive Fan-Voted Honors at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards!

For the past twelve years it has been one of the best places to see all of your favorite young stars gathered in one space and this year's Teen Choice Awards did not disappoint. Hosted by the always entertaining, Katy Perry, and the hottie guys from the smash hit "Glee," the night was a perfect mix of music and teen star power.

Katy got the party started with a rousing rendition of her latest single "Teenage Dream," (from her soon-to-be-released album of the same name). Ellen DeGeneres was the first presenter to take the stage. Ellen had been bestowed the honors of Choice Comedian and Choice Twit earlier in the evening and was excited to present Selena Gomez with the Choice TV Actress Comedy award. Selena who was representing "Wizards of Waverly Place" commented that she thought Lea Michelle from "Glee" should have won. Apparently, she is a "Gleek" like the rest of us. Selena thanked the fans for their support before heading offstage.

Justin Long and Kristen Bell arrive to present the Choice Movie Actor: Action/Adventure award to Channing Tatum. The last month of summer just got a little hotter. Katy returns to the stage with her co-host and they discuss returning to high school and their teenage dreams. The guys are all dressed up and looking very handsome. We'd guess that standing in Katy's spot is a teenage dream for a lot of young ladies out there.

Choice TV: Reality winners, the Kardashian sisters, get by with a little out from the very funny George Lopez in presenting Leighton Meester and Chace Crawford with Choice TV Actress and Actor nods. The duo also accepts Gossip Girl's win for Choice TV: Drama. Way to go GG! XOXO

The cast of ABC Family's summer hit "Pretty Little Liars" (winner of the Choice TV Summer category) arrive next to introduce the next performer. It's Jason Derulo with "In My Head." The crowd seems really in to this high energy performance. As well they should be.

David Archuleta (Winner of the Choice American Idol Alum award) stops by to present with WWE icon John Cena. These guys have the honor of present Choice Female and Male Hottie to well-deserving recipients Megan Fox and Taylor Lautner. In the "we would so do it too if we could" moment of the evening, Megan patted Taylor down to feel his muscles. Taylor just wanted to turn the mic over to Megan so he could stand there and look at her. We guess we don't blame him either.

Speaking of hotties, (we will always love you Zac) Zac Efron took to the stage next to present the Choice Movie Actress Drama award to Sandra Bullock. Sandra took a moment to point out that though she was far from being a teen (her words… not ours), she still appreciated the support. Sandra was most excited about her win for Choice Movie: Dance with co-star Betty White from their hit "The Proposal." Betty appeared to help accept the honor. All of the talent in that room should hope they can mimic the style and class of those ladies throughout the rest of their careers.

Next up is a performance from the cast of Step-Up 3D. You didn't need 3D to be wowed by the talent and moves from those dancers. If they were that good on a small screen, we can't wait to see them with added dimension!

Two of our favorite funny people on television, Miranda Cosgrove and Jim Parsons are together to present to the cast of "Vampire Diaries." How many awards did they win? We lost count! The second season will be starting in the CW in September and the first season will be arriving on DVD on August 31. We can't wait for both of those big events!

Hilary Duff and LL Cool J are the lucky ones who get to present the Choice TV: Comedy award to "Glee." A lot of the cast is there to accept. They are all so talented. We can't wait for the next season of that show either!

Nickelodeon faves Keke Palmer and Victoria Justice had the honor of introducing a via satellite performance from Justin Bieber. Justin was a big winner with four TCA's this year. He performed "U Smile" and we did.

Taylor Lautner picks up another surf board trophy for Choice Smile. That boy has got good jeans… we mean genes. And a good dentist too!

The beautiful Lea Michelle and the equally beautiful Joshua Jackson present Choice TV: Animated to Family Guy. Seth McFarlane accepts. He's so funny!

Travie McCoy and Bruno Mars have the place on their feet with their hit "Billionaire." We want to be Billionaires too! If only we could rock like those guys. Hotties, Josh Hutcherson and Daughtry recap a few more of the nights winners and then introduce Jimmy Fallon.

Jimmy is here to present Choice Movie Actor: Drama. Rob Pattinson wins for "Remember Me." He is excited to be recognized for something other than Twilight. We love you Rob, but please try to be grateful that you are recognized at all. Billions of people have never won anything… ever. Not even a hamburger.

Emma Roberts and William Moseley presented Choice Music: Female Country Artist (WOW! You'd need a whole surfboard just to write that category on the award!) to Taylor Swift. Taylor appeared via a pre-taped message wearing a wet suit and actually tried to use her surf board in what appeared to be a very calm lake. She also took home three other awards, including Choice Movie: Breakout for her role in "Valentines Day." Something tells us this won't be the last time Ms. Swift wins a few surfboards.

"Chuck" stars, Yvonne Strahovski and Zachary Levi thanked the crowd for their wins as Choice TV Actress and Actor: Action. The dynamic duo then presented the Choice Male Athlete to David Beckham. We can't wait for Season Four of "Chuck" to start next month and for Season 3 to arrive on DVD! Mark your calendars for September 7!)

Her hosting duties were rewarded with a Surfboard of her own! Katie took home the award for Choice Single. Yay California Gurls! Nickelodeon faves, Big Time Rush introduced the P. Diddy/Dirty Money collaboration "Hello Good Morning." They rocked it of course!

Ed Helms left "The Office" long enough to give Taylor Lautner the Choice Movie Actor: Fantasy award. We don't care how many times Taylor got up there… it just never got old.

And apparently winning everything else… several members of the Twilight Cast were on hand to close out the night. It was great to see so many members of the phenomenon together again! We have over 14 months until "Breaking Dawn" arrives on the big screen! We need something to hold us over.

Next year, the Teen Choice Awards will officially be a teenager themselves. We hope they don't suffer any unusual growing pains between now and then. As long as the fans keep voting (over 85 millions votes cast this year) and the stars keeping being thankful and stopping by to show that appreciation, this is one show that shows no signs of aging!

CHOICE “CALIFORNIA GURL” KATY PERRY TO HOST AND PERFORM ON “TEEN CHOICE 2010” MONDAY, AUGUST 9, ON FOX

Pop sensation and multi-platinum recording artist Katy Perry is set to host TEEN CHOICE 2010 airing Monday, Aug. 9 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. The Grammy-nominated artist will also perform during the 12th annual special that celebrates the year’s hottest teen icons in film, television, music, sports and fashion.

Singer-songwriter Katy Perry has gone from internet music sensation to bona fide international star in just two years. Her multi-platinum debut album, “One of the Boys,” generated four hit singles: “I Kissed A Girl,” “Hot N Cold,” “Thinking Of You” and “Waking Up In Vegas.” This August, the Grammy-nominated artist will release her next album, “Teenage Dream,” which features “California Gurls,” the fastest-rising single to Top 10 radio in more than four years.

In addition to selling five million albums worldwide, the Santa Barbara, CA-born Perry has appeared on the covers of dozens of publications, including Seventeen, Cosmopolitan and Glamour. She also served as a guest judge at the auditions on the most recent season of AMERICAN IDOL. Perry was voted Best New Artist in 2008 by readers of Rolling Stone and Best New Act at the 2008 Europe Music Awards. More recently, she was named one of People’s “Most Beautiful People,” one of Entertainment Weekly’s “Entertainers of the Year,” one of Esquire’s “Women We Love” and No. 1 on Maxim’s 2010 “Hot 100” list.

TEEN CHOICE 2010 is executive-produced by Bob Bain (“Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards”) and Michael Burg. Paul Flattery serves as producer, Kelly Brock is co-producer and Greg Sills serves as supervising producer.
